We’re celebrating the official opening of the Courtyard by Marriott Amelia Island and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Amelia Island!

Both hotel chains operate under one roof, creating the first hotel of its kind on the island. The sister properties have 239 guest rooms in their four-story, 156,000-square-foot main building. Amenities include a pool and more than 6,000 square feet dedicated to a state-of-the-art meeting and event space.

Our team completed this build on time and on budget despite restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. We are overjoyed to have created such a beautiful property and building in our hometown. We kindly thank our clients, partners, and community for their support in this project.

The hotel is located at 2700 Atlantic Ave., just across from the Atlantic Ocean, Main Beach Park, and Fort Clinch State Park. A quick two miles away, guests can visit historic Fernandina Beach.
